If you are having problems with a Freecash Exclusive Offer, and you have chosen to open a support ticket, you will need to send us screenshot evidence.
However, instead of uploading any images directly, we ask users to upload their images to a third-party site called PostImages instead. They will host the image for 30 days, and you can share the link they provide with us.
1. Capturing the screenshot
Navigate to the screen you want to capture, and follow these steps on your device:
iOS
Press and release the Side Button and the Volume Up button simultaneously.
The screenshot will appear as a thumbnail in the bottom-left corner. Tap it to edit or swipe to save.
Android
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
Release them quickly. A preview of the screenshot will appear.
Desktop (Windows)
Press the PrtSc key to copy the entire screen to the clipboard.
Open an image editor like Paint and press Ctrl + V to paste, then save.
Desktop (Mac)
Press Command (β) + Shift + 4.
Drag the crosshair to select the area to capture.
Release the mouse/trackpad to take the screenshot.
Now you have the image, you can upload it to PostImages.
2. Upload the screenshot to PostImages
Go to PostImages.org, and follow these steps:
Leave the first dropdown box as "Do not resize my image", and the second as "No expiration".
Press the "Choose images" button, select the image want to upload, and then "Upload".
From the new page, copy the link in the first row.
All that you need to do is paste this link into the screenshot field of the support ticket.
3. Adding the screenshot to your support ticket
Now you have copied the image link:
Create the support ticket and paste the copied link into the designated field for screenshots.
We ask that you give the screenshot a descriptive title, which will make it easier for us to review.
