How to Add Visual Evidence to Your Freecash Support Ticket

Grab a Screenshot for Your Exclusive Offer Ticket

To share additional evidence within your Exclusive Offer Ticket, you'll need to capture a screenshot. We use a 3rd party tool called LightShot.

Capturing the Screenshot

  1. Take a Screenshot: Need help with this? Google "how to take a screenshot" for your specific device (phone, computer, etc.).

  2. Upload to LightShot: Visit LightShot's website: https://prnt.sc/

Using LightShot (Desktop/Mobile)

  1. Choose Your Image: Click "Browse images" and select the screenshot you want to upload.

  2. Upload and Get Link: LightShot will automatically upload and generate a shareable link for your screenshot.

Note:

LightShot only accepts JPG, PNG, and BMP image formats.

If you're using an iPhone or another device that saves screenshots in a different format, you'll need to convert your screenshot to one of these supported formats before uploading it to LightShot.

Adding the Screenshot to Your Ticket

  1. Copy the Link: Right-click (or tap and hold on mobile) and choose "Copy Link" to copy the generated URL.

  2. Create Your Ticket: When creating your ticket, paste the copied link into the designated field.

  3. Give it a Title: Don't forget to add a descriptive title for your screenshot to make it easier to review
