PayPal withdrawals are reviewed manually by Freecash, after which you'll get a confirmation email from Tango & PayPal.

Once you initiate a PayPal withdrawal on Freecash, you can expect to claim your money within an hour. You can find an overview of each step in the process below.

1. Manual review of PayPal withdrawal by Freecash

  • We receive your withdrawal request immediately.

  • Our team manually review every request.

  • Most withdrawals are approved within minutes, but it may take up to 30 minutes.

2. Confirmation email from Tango

  • You will receive an email from our PayPal provider, Tango, confirming the withdrawal.

  • This email will be sent to the email address you entered when initiating the PayPal withdrawal.

3. Confirmation email from PayPal

  • Within 10 minutes of receiving the email from Tango, you will receive a confirmation of the withdrawal from PayPal.

  • This email will contain a "Claim Your Money" button.

4. Claiming your payment

  1. Click the "Claim Your Money" button in the PayPal email.

  2. You'll be redirected to the PayPal website.

  3. Log in to your PayPal account or create a new one.

  4. The withdrawal amount will be added to your PayPal balance.

You need to claim the funds within 30 days of receiving the email from PayPal. If the payment remains unclaimed, it will automatically be returned to us. We can then refund the balance to your Freecash account.
