Follow the steps below to verify your identity:
Click the notification in your Freecash account.
Press "Let's Go" to start the Veriff verification.
Grant camera and microphone access.
Take a photo of your ID document.
Take a selfie - smile!
Wait for verification to complete.
That's it! Your identity is now verified.
1. Click the notification in your Freecash account.
You will receive a notification in your Freecash Profile telling you that an identity check is required. In order to complete the verification you need to click on “Proceed to verify”. From here click on “Verify now’ to launch the process.
2. Press "Let's Go" to start the Veriff verification.
Now that you’ve launched verification you need to press “Lets go!” to allow Veriff to start.
3. Grant camera and microphone access.
Since your session audio and video may be recorded, you will need to grant access to your camera and microphone.
4. Take a photo of your ID document.
Now it's time to snap some photos! We need photos of the front and back of your ID document.
5. Take a selfie - smile!
Ok over to you! Take a selfie!
6. Wait for verification to complete.
After all the photos are done it may take a few seconds for the verification to complete. Afterwards you should see a message saying “Thank you!” and you’ll also see a notification in your Freecash Profile letting you know that the ID check has been completed.
