Currently, ID verification is a mandatory step in our security process. It helps us prevent fraud and protect user accounts from misuse.

If you don't have an ID from the Supported Documents list you will not be able to make a withdrawal from Freecash. Our verification process requires all users to take a picture of their ID and a selfie. You can continue to complete Offers and Surveys on Freecash, the balance will stay on your account until you complete ID verification.
