We have a dedicated team to manually approve withdrawal requests. They usually aim to have all withdrawals processed within a few minutes but in some rare instances it may take up to 30 minutes.

If you have already made a withdrawal request, all you need to do is to wait for it to become available to you in your Freecash Profile "Withdrawals" tab.

The Support team cannot speed up any pending withdrawals or give you an estimate on your pending withdrawal so contacting us directly after a few minutes won't get any withdrawals approved faster sadly.

Direct Cryptocurrency withdrawals may get approved on our end and not immediately arrive in your chosen destination wallet due to the transaction still needing to be confirmed on the Blockchain.
