We have a dedicated team of experts to manually review withdrawal requests. They aim to have all withdrawals processed within a few minutes but in some rare instances it may take up to 30 minutes.
If you have already made a withdrawal request, all you need to do is to wait for it to become available to you in your Freecash Profile "Withdrawals" tab.
Please note, our Support team cannot speed up the processing of pending withdrawals or provide specific processing times. Contacting us directly after a few minutes won't make the process faster.
