What is the status of my Freecash Exclusive Ticket?
What is the status of my Freecash Exclusive Ticket?

After raising an Freecash Exclusive Ticket you can check the status in the "Your Offer Tickets" tab

Updated over 3 months ago

Our Support Team tries to have all Freecash Exclusive Ticket resolved in 10 days. If you have already submitted an Freecash Exclusive Ticket , you can check the status of your ticket in the "Your Offer Tickets" tab of your Freecash Profile.

We receive these offers from an offer provider, e.g. a game studio. Offers marked as "Freecash" are not created by Freecash, but we are in touch with the provider. We rely on the information you provide in the ticket including the notes and screenshots. We have to cross reference your supporting evidence against the data we receive from the offer provider.

Sometimes there is not enough evidence to approve tickets. Some examples of why that may be are below:

  • Technical problems with tracking

  • Unusual activity within the provider's app

  • Unusual activity on Freecash

When this happens we must decline your ticket. Please note that the reasons mentioned above are just a few examples of the reasons why we may decline your ticket.

Freecash Exclusive Ticket Status

The Reward status will show “In Progress” and the Support ticket will show “Awaiting Support”.

When the ticket has been worked you will receive a notification in your Freecash Profile.

Declined

The Reward status will show “Completed” and the Support ticket will show “Declined by support”.

When we decline tickets it's because we don't have enough evidence to accept your ticket. This can be true even if you send us screenshots.
