To maintain the integrity of our platform, we have a dedicated team that operate 24/7 to detect and prevent fraud on Freecash. This is to ensure a safe environment for our users and partners.
Occasionally, legitimate users will be inadvertently penalized with an account ban. If you believe that has happened to you, we recommend reviewing the following list of the most common reasons we issue bans before appealing.
Common Reasons for Account Bans
Use of VPNs or Proxies: Accessing Freecash through a VPN, proxy, or emulator is prohibited.
Multiple Accounts: Each user is allowed only one account, and only one account per household is permitted.
Offer Chargebacks: If an offerwall or a game/app provider determines that an offer was not completed satisfactorily—due to exploits or potential fraud—it may result in a chargeback, leading to account suspension.
Failed Verification: Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation or proof of identity can result in denied access to Freecash or suspension of your account.
Those are only the most common reasons we issue account bans. For a more complete understanding of our sitewide rules, read our Terms of Service.
