There may simply be none available in your region at the time
Sometimes the survey companies will run out if enough people are doing surveys at the time. They do get more regularly throughout the day so keep checking back later for new surveys to take part in.
There may simply be none available for you based on your previous answers
The survey companies do their best to only provide you surveys that they believe you can qualify for, they do not want to waste your time. So based on your previous answers in other surveys, they will not provide you surveys that they know you will be disqualified for.
You may have an issue with your browser
Sometimes you’d need to clear your browser's Cache and Cookies in order to be able to see the surveys. If you’re unsure how to do this, simply search “delete browsing history” and Google will provide multiple examples of how to do so.
You may have been banned from the survey provider
The last, and least fun option, is that you may have been banned from the survey provider. They can do this if they’ve discovered you’ve been using a VPN, or giving them inconsistent answers. If they catch you lying on surveys, this tells them that your answers are not worth paying for. They do want real responses.
If you are still not receiving surveys from a specific provider after 2-3 days you have likely been banned, unfortunately this is not something we can do anything about as it is decided by the survey providers themselves. We would recommend trying a different survey provider on the “Earn” page, and being consistent with your answers.
