How to Contact Offer Partner AdGate

You can contact AdGate about issues regarding one of their offers via the "Rewards Status" page in the AdGate pop-up.

If you are having an issue with an offer provided by our partners at AdGate, we suggest contacting their support team.

To contact AdGate, you can create a general ticket or follow these steps to raise an issue with a specific offer:

  1. Go to the AdGate partner page or select them from the Offer Partners section of the Freecash Earn page:

  2. In the AdGate pop-up, use the three lines in the top-left of the page to open the sidebar, and select "Reward Status".

  3. Open the offer you are having issues with, and press the "Contact" button below the offer.

AdGate's support team will now be able to help you with your issue.

How to Check the Offer Partner

If you are not sure which of our partners provided the offer, you can easily check:

  1. Go to your Freecash profile by clicking on your avatar (top-right on desktop, top-left on mobile).

  2. Select "Earnings" to bring up a list of your ongoing offers and surveys.

    On desktop, you will see the provider listed in the ‘Offer Partner’ column.

    On mobile, you will need to select the offer or survey in question, which will open a pop-up that displays the provider.
