To contact Bitlabs regarding an issue with an Offer hosted on their Offerwall, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and and click the menu button found at the top left.

From there, go to the reward history option and scroll down to the offer you are having issues with. Click "View details" and then "Report a problem.
