If you are having an issue with a survey provided by our partners TapResearch, then we recommend you reach out to the Tap Research support team.
To contact TapResearch, follow these steps:
Go to the TapResearch partner page or select them from the Survey Partners section of the Freecash Earn page:
Within the TapResearch pop-up, select the three white lines at the top-right of the window, and then select "Help".
From their Help page, select the button at the top "Submit a support request"
Select "General Issue" then "Other" from the dropdown boxes, enter the details of your issue, include your name and email address, and press the "Submit" button.
TapResearch will now be able to assess your offer from their end and begin helping you resolve the issue.
How to Check the Survey Partner
If you are not sure which of our partners provided the survey, you can easily check:
Go to your Freecash profile by clicking on your avatar (top-right on desktop, top-left on mobile).
Select "Earnings" to bring up a list of your ongoing offers and surveys.
On desktop, you will see the provider listed in the ‘Offer Partner’ column.
On mobile, you will need to select the offer or survey in question, which will open a pop-up that displays the provider.
