Sometimes you might notice that you are rewarded instantly for an offer and sometimes it takes a few days, this Article explains how Tracking works in more detail.
Offer completion
The steps below explain what happens behind the scenes when you complete an offer:
You download an app or game from the Freecash Site/ App and you enable tracking
Whenever you complete an objective within that offer, data is sent from your device to the app or game
That data is then sent from the app or game to the Offerwall
The Offerwall then sends the data to Freecash
Freecash applies the reward to your account
These steps have a different process per offer. For example, an Offerwall may choose to send all of their offer completion data to Freecash in a large group instead of one-by-one as users complete the offers.
Why are some rewards granted instantly and some not?
As you can see from the steps above there can sometimes be several companies that need to exchange data. Some send their data every 10 minutes whereas others send theirs once a day.
As a result you may not see the credit for the offer or survey immediately in your “Earnings'' tab. If you don’t receive your credit within 3 days, reach out to Support and we can help.
