Recently the Reward Multiplier was added to Freecash Exclusive offers to allow us to provide better rewards for our most active users.
This is done by dynamically adjusting rewards for an offer based on the user's activity and in-app purchases. Essentially, the more you engage with a game and make purchases, the higher your reward multiplier will be for that offer. Conversely, if your activity decreases, the reward value will also decrease.
You can check your Reward Multiplier Level for each offer from 1 to 5. Each game you play will have a different Reward Multiplier Level depending on how much you play and spend within each game.
As there are multiple factors impacting the Reward Multiplier Level, it's not possible for the Support Team to tell you an exact amount of activity or in-app purchases needed to increase the level. When you make an in-app purchase it may take up to 24 hours for this to contribute to your level.
Sometimes the value of the offer payout may decrease if your Reward Multiplier Level drops. This is something which is covered by our Terms of Service. Within our ToS we reserve the right that we can change the rewards for past, present or future offers.
