How will you verify my identity?
We have partnered with Veriff, a trusted third-party company to handle the Identity Verification process via their online and mobile platforms. We’d recommend using a mobile device as the cameras tend to be better than laptops.
Who is Veriff, and why do you use them?
Veriff is known Worldwide for their secure verification technology. They use advanced machine-learning models to automate verification decisions that reduce risk and optimize operational efficiency.
On top of this the verification process is super easy and usually only takes a few minutes!
What information will I need to provide?
Veriff will prompt you to take a photo of your Government Issued Identification and a take a selfie. Smile!

How long does the process take?
That depends on you! Try to make sure you have your ID to hand before starting the verification process and it should be quick! If the ID and your face are a match the verification should be approved within a couple of minutes.
Once approved - you'll receive a notification in your Freecash account confirming your verification has been completed.

What happens if I dont verify my identity or don't want to verify my identity
In the Freecash Terms of Service we advise that failure or refusal to provide the requested proof of identity is grounds for denying (temporarily or permanently) access to or any rewards or benefits associated with the Freecash Website or your Freecash Account.
