In order for Offers to track properly you need to allow tracking data to be sent from your device to the Offer Partner.
This needs to be completed the first time it appears, most likely the first time you launch the app or game.

Unfortunately, if you did not allow tracking in the first instance your offer will not track and you will not be rewarded. In this case we would recommend starting another Offer and making sure you allow tracking next time.
Have you ever installed the app or game before?
If you have previously installed the app or game on any device this can cause tracking issues.
As tracking data sends information which is personal to you, if you have ever installed the app or game before tracking will not work and you will not be rewarded. In this case we would recommend starting another Offer which you have never previously installed.
Are you still having tracking issues?
A small percentage of apps and games will not track for unknown reasons. In this case we recommend waiting roughly 15 minutes and if the tracking is still not working, starting another Offer.
