How to use Chat
Besides email, you can also use the Chat feature to speak with us, simply follow these steps:
Log in to Freecash.
Open up Chat
Mobile: In the sidebar on the left, open "Chat". From this page, select the headset logo in the top-right corner.
Desktop: Select the green message logo in the bottom-right corner of the homepage.
Share your issue with us.
In the vast majority of cases, we recommend using Live Chat.
How to open a Support Ticket
If you have a specific issue with an offer that you have completed over 48 hours ago, you can also open a support ticket:
Log in to Freecash and navigate to your profile page.
Check the "Earnings in Progress" section to find the offer you are having issues with.
Click the "Support Ticket" icon next to that offer.
Fill out the ticket form with the required details, including any screenshots.
Once you've completed the form, click "Submit".
