How to Create a Ticket when a Freecash Exclusive Offer is not Credited

Send us a ticket if your Freecash Exclusive Offer is not credited

If you have not received credit after 48 hours of completing a Freecash Exclusive Offer follow the steps below to submit a ticket:

  1. Visit Your Profile: Log in to your Freecash account and navigate to your profile page.

  2. Check your “Earnings in Progress”: Look for the "Earnings in Progress" section on your profile.

  3. View All Offers: Click on "View all" on mobile or select "List View" to see a detailed list of your offers.

  4. Find the Missing Offer: Find the Offer for which you haven't received credit.

  5. Submit Ticket: Click on the "Support Ticket" icon next to the offer.

  6. Tick the Offer box & Confirm: Tick the box on the specific offer task.

  7. Provide Details & Evidence: Fill in the required information in the ticket form, such as date of completion, any relevant screenshots and additional comments.

  8. Submit Your Request: Once you've filled out the form, click the "Submit" button to send your ticket to the Freecash support team.

Our Support Team tries to have all Freecash Exclusive Tickets resolved within 10 days.

If you have already submitted an Freecash Exclusive Ticket , you can check the status of your ticket in the "Your Offer Tickets"

Submitting a ticket on Mobile

Follow the instructions below to open an Exclusive Offer Ticket on Mobile

Visit Your Profile

Log in to your Freecash account and navigate to your Profile page.

Check your “Earnings in Progress”

By default your Profile should open as shown in the screenshot below. The "Earnings in Progress" section should be just below your account information.

View All Offers

Click on "View all" to see a detailed list of your offers.

You can only open an offer after clicking View all.

Find the Missing Offer

Find the Offer for which you haven't received credit and press the >.

Submit Ticket

Click on the green "Support Ticket" icon next to the offer.

Tick the Offer box & Confirm

Each individual task within an offer will have a box which you need to press. If you want to open more than one ticket, tick each box which is relevant. After ticking all the boxes press Confirm.

Provide Details & Evidence

Fill in the required information in the ticket form, such as date of completion, any relevant screenshots and additional comments. For a full guide on how to submit a screenshot with your Exclusive Offer Ticket visit our Support Article.

Submit Your Request

Once you've filled out the form, click the "Submit" button to send your ticket to the Freecash support team. You’ll then see this notification to let you know your ticket has been created successfully.

Submitting a ticket on Desktop

Follow the instructions below to open an Exclusive Offer Ticket on Desktop

Visit Your Profile

Log in to your Freecash account and navigate to your Profile page.

Check your “Earnings in Progress”

By default your Profile should open as shown in the screenshot below. The "Earnings in Progress" section should be just below your account information.

Select List View

Select "List View" to see a detailed list of your offers.

Find the Missing Offer & Submit Ticket

Find the Offer for which you haven't received credit and Click on the green "Support Ticket" icon next to the offer.

Tick the Offer box & Confirm
