But if you are having an issue with an Exclusive Offer or Featured Offer, you can create a support ticket. We recommend using this option if your account has not been credited with a reward that you have earned.
How to create a support ticket
You can create a support ticket 48 hours after beginning an Exclusive Offer or Featured Offer, simply follow these steps:

Note: Our Support Team aims to resolve support tickets within 15 days. You can check the status of your support ticket at any time in the "Your Offer Tickets" section of your profile.
Creating support tickets on mobile
If you are accessing Freecash on Mobile, follow these steps to create a support ticket.
1. Go to your profile
Open your profile on mobile by selecting the logo in the top-left corner.
2. Go to your âEarnings in progressâ
Below your profile info, you will see âEarnings in progressâ. Select the âView allâ option on the right.
3. Find the correct offer
From the list of offers, select the offer you are having an issue with.
4. Select âSupportâ
Scroll down to the âSupportâ section, and press the link icon on the right.
5. Open a support ticket
Tick the âOpen ticketâ box for the specific reward you are having an issue with, and then select âConfirmâ at the bottom of the page.
6. Provide details
Fill in the required information, such as the date of completion, all relevant screenshots, and any additional comments.
7. Submit support ticket
Once you've filled out the form, select "Submit" to send your ticket to the Freecash Support Team.
Creating support tickets on desktop
1. Go to your profile
Open your profile on desktop by selecting the logo in the top-right corner.
2. Go to your âEarnings in progressâ
Below your profile info, you will see âEarnings in progressâ.
3. Select List View
From the list of offers, select List View to see the support ticket option.
4. Find the correct offer
In the far-right column, under âSupportâ, you will see a link icon for each offer. Select this icon for the offer you are having an issue with.
5. Open a support ticket
Each individual reward will be shown here. Tick the box besides each reward you are having issues with, and then select âConfirmâ.
6. Provide details
Fill in the required information, such as the date of completion, all relevant screenshots, and any additional comments.
7. Submit support ticket
Once you've filled out the form, select "Submit" to send your ticket to the Freecash Support Team.
How to check the status of a support ticket?
On your profile, navigate to the 'Offer Tickets' tab to find the status of any support tickets. In the below example, the support ticket is still pending:
A support ticket will either show, 'Awaiting Support', 'Declined', or 'Accepted'.
Declined
If your request for support has been declined, the reward status will appear as 'Completed' and the support ticket will show 'Declined by support'.
When we decline tickets, it's because we don't have enough evidence to accept your ticket.
Accepted
In cases where your support ticket has been accepted, the reward status will appear as 'Completed' and the Support ticket will show 'Accepted by support'.
You should see the reward amount added to your funds.
Can I create a support ticket for a Partner Offer?
No, you cannot create a support ticket for a Partner Offer. Queries and concerns relating to Partner Offers are handled by the original provider.
