If you've completed an offer on Freecash provided by a different Offer Partner and haven't received your credit, this article will guide you through the next steps.

It's important to understand that many Offers on Freecash are provided by an external partner (or Offer Partner). We work with these partners to bring you the best variety of offers directly on Freecash.

When you complete an offer provided by an Offer Partner, it may take some time for the credit to appear in your account. This is because data needs to be shared between multiple partners involved in the offer process. For more information - you can learn more about Offer Tracking from this Support Article.

Some Offer Partner offers are hosted directly on Freecash, when that is the case the Offer Partner will appear on the Offer, for example Torox in the screenshot below. This is what we refer to as a Featured Offer.

If 72 hours have passed since you completed the Offer Partner Offer and you haven't received your reward, please submit a ticket to the Offer Partner.

Each individual Offer Partner has a slightly different process, some require a ticket, some a webform and some simply an email. It's good to provide the Offer Partner with the following information:

If you try to create a Ticket but the Support Button is grey, you need to wait longer as sending a ticket is only possible after 72 hours.

Some Offer Partner offers are hosted directly on the Offer Partner’s Page, clicking on an Offer Partner will open a window on top of Freecash where you can access the Offer Partner’s offers.

For example Torox in the screenshot below. This is what we refer to as a Offer Partner Offer.

If it's been 3 days and you haven't received credit for an Offer Partner’s offer, please contact the Partner directly.
