So you’ve completed an offer on Freecash, but it hasn’t been credited to your account? First, make sure you know what kind of offer you have completed:
Featured Offers: These offers are hosted directly by Freecash. When you have an issue, you can open a support ticket on the offer page.
Partner Offers: These offers are provided by our partners. When you have an issue, you need to contact the Offer Partners directly.
Featured Offers appear at the top of the Earn section, whereas Partner Offers appear further down.
Resolving Uncredited Offers
When you complete either a Featured Offer or a Partner Offer, it can take up to three days for your Freecash account to be credited. This is because data needs to be shared between multiple partners involved in the process. For more information, you can learn about Offer Tracking here.
It can take up to 72 hours for rewards to be credited to your account. Please note that we cannot speed up the crediting process.
I completed a Partner Offer 72 hours ago, but I have not been credited
If you have not been credited 72 hours after completing a Partner Offer, please contact the Offer Partner directly, and include:
Your Freecash ID.
Details of the completed offer.
Date of completion.
Screenshots as evidence.
To find the contact details for each of our Offer Partners, simply follow these steps:
Find the offer from the Partner section on the Earn page, or by going to your Freecash profile page, and selecting the uncredited offer from the “Earnings in Progress” section.
You will be connected to the Offer Partners site in a new window, like this:
Navigate to the support section of the Offer Partner’s site. This can vary, and may be found directly on the navigation bar, via the FAQ page, or on the Contact Us page.
Open a support ticket or email the Offer Partner with the information mentioned above (Freecash ID, offer details, date of completion).
Our Offer Partners will respond to your support request.
It can take up to 35 days to receive a response from our Offer Partners.
I completed a Featured Offer 72 hours ago, but I have not been credited
If you have not been credited 72 hours after completing a Featured Offer, please open a support ticket on the offer page in Freecash. You can find the support ticket function at the bottom of the offer page:
You will be asked to fill in required information in the ticket form:
Date of completion.
Screenshot evidence.
Additional information.
Our Support Team aims to have all Freecash support tickets resolved within 10 days.
Why is the support ticket grayed out?
The option to open a support ticket with Freecash is only available after 3 days. If the option to create a support ticket is greyed out, then you need to wait until 72 hours have passed since you began the offer.
