If you've completed a Freecash Exclusive Offer and haven't received your credit, this article will guide you through the next steps.
Crediting Process
It's important to understand that while Freecash may display an offer as "Freecash Exclusive," it's provided by an external partner. We work with these partners to bring you the best variety of offers directly on Freecash.
When you complete a Freecash Exclusive Offer, it may take some time for the credit to appear in your account. This is because data needs to be shared between multiple partners involved in the offer process. For more information - you can learn more about Offer Tracking from this Support Article.
It can take up to 48 hours for Freecash Exclusive Offer rewards to be credited.
Please note that we cannot speed up the crediting process for offers completed less than 48 hours ago
Creating a Ticket
If 48 hours have passed since you completed the Freecash Exclusive Offer and you haven't received your reward, please submit a ticket to our Support team. During this process we will ask you to confirm which specific offer has been completed, the date of completion and ask you to upload screenshots to act as additional evidence.

Support Button is Grey
If you try to create a Ticket but the Support Button is grey it can be for one of two reasons:
It has been less than 48 hours since the offer was completed.
There has been an issue with the tracking of the offer.
If it's been less than 48 hours you just need to wait to be able to open the ticket. If however you’ve waited more than 48 hours and the button is still grey, it means the tracking has not worked. As per our Terms of Service we can only reward users for offers which are correctly tracked, it unfortunately means you will not receive a reward for this offer.
