If you were logged out of Freecash and your account appears to have been reset to 0, ensure you are using the correct email address.

Recently, a technical issue required us to log all users out of their Freecash accounts. Technical issues will occasionally require us to log all users out of their Freecash accounts. When this happens, users sometimes report that their account level has been reset to 0.

Do not worry, your actual level and coins have not been lost. In the vast majority of cases, users can resolve this issue within minutes:

  1. Log out of Freecash.

  2. Sign in to Freecash, and make sure to use the exact same email address you first used to sign up.
