You may receive a notification on your Freecash profile asking you to verify your profile. We ask users to verify their accounts at Freecash before withdrawing to ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
This verification process helps prevent fraudulent activities, such as creating multiple accounts, and ensures that all users follow the platform's rules.
Per our Terms of Service, in § Verifying Identity and Eligibility:
Freecash reserves the right to verify your identity to its complete satisfaction prior to crediting or allowing the redemption of any rewards. Verification may include, but is not limited to:
(i) requesting a photocopy of your passport, driver’s license, or state ID card,
(ii) verifying the mobile phone number associated with your account, or
(iii) requesting other proof of identity as determined necessary by Freecash.
Failure or refusal to provide the requested documentation or proof of identity is grounds for denying access to or any benefit associated with the website
