There's no need to worry if you see your offers being held. This isn't a punishment or a sign of wrongdoing on your part. When you have an offer being held you’ll be able to see that it is Withdrawable in a certain number of days. This number depends on the offer. As this a fraud prevention measure, as per this Support Article, its not possible for Freecash Support to release the offers early.

When you have an offer being held you may see that it is Withdrawable a certain number of days ago. Don’t worry this is not a bug - it just means that the offers are being held due to a high Chargeback rate. We will release these Offers after you have brought down your chargeback rate to below 10%.
