I completed a Freecash Offer and didn't get credit (what to do)

When you complete an Offer, it can take up to 72 hours to be credited. If you have not received credit, contact the original offer provider.

Whenever you complete a Freecash Offer, we use in-app event tracking to confirm and then credit your account.

However, tracking in-app events and confirming Offers can take up to 72 hours, as we have a very high volume of traffic, and for many deals we are working alongside partners.

If 72 hours have passed, and you have still not received credit, follow the steps below to contact the Offer provider. You can check who has provided an Offer in the bottom-right corner of the description:

Partner Offers take us a longer to confirm, but not significantly.

Credit Issue with Freecash Exclusive Offers

If you have not been credited for a Freecash Exclusive Offer (i.e. an Offer we at Freecash provide), you can open a ticket with the Freecash Support Team. To create a support ticket, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account: Access your Freecash account and navigate to your profile page.

  2. Check Earnings in Progress: Locate the "Earnings in Progress" section on your profile page.

  3. View All Offers

    • On mobile: Click "View All" to access your full list of offers.

    • On desktop: Select "List View" to access your full list of offers.

  4. Find the Missing Offer

  5. Open a Support Ticket

    • Click the green "Support Ticket" icon next to the uncredited offer.

  6. Tick the Offer Box & Confirm

  7. Provide Details & Evidence

    • Date of completion

    • Screenshots as proof (e.g., offer completion)

    • Additional comments

  8. Submit Your Request: Once all details are entered, click "Submit." You’ll receive a notification confirming the ticket has been created.

We aim to respond to all Freecash Exclusive Offer tickets within 10 days.

Credit Issue with Partner Offers

If you have not been credited for a Partner Offer, contact the original provider. We have step-by-step guides for contacting each of our partners.

Our partners will usually respond promptly, but if you are having difficulties, you can contact the Freecash Support Team via live chat or email.
