When you complete an offer or survey through Freecash, information is sent to Freecash from the offer or survey provider. This information can sometimes take a while to reach us, this is totally normal and happens because of the volume of offers being completed.
As a result you may not see the credit for the offer or survey immediately in your “Earnings” tab. If you contact Support within 3 days of completing the offer we will not be able to speed up the crediting process. How we deal with this depends if the offer was through an Offer or Survey Partner or if it was a Freecash Exclusive offer.
Offer / Survey Partner Offers
Once 72 hours passed, please contact the according offerwall that this offer was completed on.
Once you've reached out to them, please keep in mind that in some cases it may take a few weeks for them to get back to you whenever they are dealing with higher volumes of user inquiries.
Freecash Exclusive Offers
Although these offers are sponsored by Freecash, we still need to wait to receive the information from the offer provider. We expect that we will receive this data within 2 days.
If you have not received your credit after 48 hours:
Visit your Freecash Profile
Click on the “Earnings in Progress” tab
Scroll down and find the offer which is missing
48 hours after completion, the Support button to the right will be Green. Go ahead and click that and submit a ticket.
When you click on the Green button, it will open an “Freecash Exclusive Ticket”, here we will ask you to provide supporting evidence for your claim such as a description of the offer and screenshots.
Our Support Team tries to have all Freecash Exclusive Tickets resolved within 10 days. If you have already submitted an Freecash Exclusive Ticket , you can check the status of your ticket in the "Your Offer Tickets" tab of your Freecash profile. Below is an article explaining the different statuses.
