How to Contact Offer Partner Torox

You can contact Torox regarding any issues with rewards using their contact form.

If you are having an issue with an offer provided by Torox, we recommend contacting them directly by opening a support ticket:

  1. Go to Torox's support page for missing rewards, at the bottom of the page you will find their contact form:

  2. Enter your name and email, select "I'm a user" from the "You are" dropdown.

  3. Your account details (your Freecash ID, found in Profile > Settings), the name of the offer you participated in and the value of the missing rewards, and links to screenshots that show proof of completion, as well as any identifying information from the game (e.g., user ID, usually found in game settings).

  4. Press "Send Message".

Torox can now begin helping you to resolve any issues.

How to Check the Offer Partner

If you are not sure which of our partners provided the offer, you can easily check:

  1. Go to your Freecash profile by clicking on your avatar (top-right on desktop, top-left on mobile).

  2. Select "Earnings" to bring up a list of your ongoing offers and surveys.

    On desktop, you will see the provider listed in the ‘Offer Partner’ column.

    On mobile, you will need to select the offer or survey in question, which will open a pop-up that displays the provider.
